ARXX and APEX Announce Merger

Cobourg, Ontario (December 10, 2007): Arxx Building Products Inc. and Apex Construction Systems, Inc. announced today that they have signed an agreement to merge the two companies. In response to increasing demand for building products with environmental and sustainable qualities, the combined firm is well positioned to be the leading supplier of energy efficient ICF block in North America.
