When the owner of Mid State Electric decided to use ARXX ICFs, he was thinking long term.  He wanted something that would be energy efficient and last for the next 50 years.  ARXX ICFs was the perfect choice.  After the project was completed, the State of Oregon had it's first LEED Silver building utilizing ICFs. Along with the energy efficiency of ARXX ICFs, the Mid State Electric building also utilizes zone heating and cooling, solar power and has it's very own water recycling system.
