Located in the Fashion District on one of the most sought-after streets, this 9-story high rise condominium with 35 units, was constructed on a zero lot line. ARXX Edge was chosen to construct the outside East and West walls.  Limited space to stage materials was a concern on this project. The onsite assembly feature of ARXX Edge forms allowed the crew to work using the minimal staging space.  Unique to this project was the specially designed Adex Stucco exterior.  The Edge ICF panels made it possible for the exterior to be pre-finished in a factory setting allowing further cost savings.  ARXX Edge also met the code approvals for building in zero clearance lots for infill requirements.
