Winter Heating Bills Cut to $50 per Month

Philadelphia has chosen a Habitat for Humanity effort to reclaim the historic East Parkside neighborhood, building a block of seven three story homes, with ARXX used for the foundation, exterior walls and fire/demising walls. These LEED Silver homes went up quickly, and resulted in energy bills of only $50 in January – making these homes dramatically more affordable to live in. Flor de Sol

When the developer and owner of the Flor de Sol luxury gated condo complex explains why he chose ARXX ICFs for the project, his answer is simple: "It was time for a change".
